The problem with Libs is that they don't really know what's going on. How could you know if you didn't watch Giulliani's speech to the Nevada Legislature today? The Nevada Legislature was shaking their head in agreement. Trump will get Pennsylvania and Nevada, because the Republican Leglisature's will decide if enough evidence of voter fraud is presented. That's their power, as Rudy informed them, and no one else's power. Not the Governor's. Not the Secretary of State. It's their power, and they're Republican.
And the case he made was pretty incredible. If you really think Joe Biden has this, you better watch Rudy talk to the Republican Legislature on their duty to control the electorate. It was pretty mind blowing and you libs who keep saying there's no evidence of fraud. Wow, you haven't seen nothing yet. This was damning. It's obvious that the Dems cheated. They're fuckwads. We're not letting Biden in. Period. He's a jackass who's son uploaded videos of himself smoking crack and fucking his dead brother Bo Biden's wife. He's the definition of toxic and sick, and if that's what you want, you're sick too, and we're not gonna allow it.
It's an 18 minute speech by Giulliani, and I know you want to pretend it didn't happen, but it's the dagger into your black little heart that you won't be able to recover from. It's overwhelming.
The Trump lawyers haven't really gone to the State Courts much cuz they're Dem. They've gone to the State Legislatures, who control the electors, and guess what? Nevada and Penn are giving the Trump Team an audience and clapping and nodding in agreement. Evidence is not a claim: as an example, I can claim that there is a chocolate teapot orbiting the earth at 20m miles… if you asked me what evidence I have for this, and I say: "I've said it, don't you see the evidence!"... you would... rightly... ignore me. If I produced images captured by a number of different telescopes around the world showing you a chocolate teapot orbiting the Earth at 20m miles... then you might believe it!
Giuliani (careful of your spelling!) has - once again - just made a bunch of claims. The same claims he made before. The same claims he did not make in court, to avoid perjury. He's only ever willing to make these claims in public where he can say whatever he wants. But ask him to take this into a courtroom and prove what he's saying… he has not done so.
This video is just another 18 minutes of Giuliani saying the same things he has since the beginning... nothing new or exciting or worthy. I wish I could get my 18 minutes back...

You are in denial. There was mass voter fraud and the proof is there. Giulliani is not just making a "bunch of claims." He has evidence. An affidavit is evidence, maybe not proof. But it is evidence. And he has over 1,000 now. People willing to stand up to being condemned by the likes of your kind. The evidence then goes through a process before it becomes proof. That involves a Jury. So you may not be convinced, but you aren't there at the trial. They are not the same claims, they are different in every state.

No, an affidavit is not evidence unless it is submitted through the court process. There is a reason why Guiliani is not doing that and preferring to go before the legislatures... why do you think that is?
A jury does consider evidence - but an affidavit only becomes evidence when it is turned into a sworn testimony... which... has consequences if people lie... wonder why all this so called ‘evidence’ never goes into the court proceedings?
