California to DENY Voter/Election Records to Trump's Election Fraud Commission

Well of course! California, and several other states aren't going to give Trump's Election Investigation Commission any records! Because we all know they have something to hide and most definitely have a LOT to lose when it is revealed that millions of illegals were allowed to vote. Then election officials go to jail! Wow! Come on California! Just keep on with the crazy and the desperate, it's only going to make more people vote for Trump in 2020.
The liberal response: The state doesn't have to give up those private voter records.
The answer to that: The records are already public, so why make it difficult?
There is no excuse California, or any other states who refuse. Just wasting money and time. But go ahead, the liberal bubble is eventually going to explode into oblivion. Or actually it will probably just deflate as its been losing tons of steam for at least two years now.

For those catching up, The Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity was formed by Trump to investigate his widely debunked claim that millions of illegal votes cost him the popular vote in the 2016 presidential election.
And now, "According to a report by Politico Saturday, digital security experts believe the voter roll request could offer a well of information valuable to hackers and cyber criminals."
"It is beyond stupid," said Nicholas Weaver, a computer science professor at the University of California at Berkeley told Politico.
""The bigger the purse, the more effort folks would spend to get at it," said Joe Hall, another expert at the Center for Democracy and Technology. "And in this case, this is such a high-profile and not-so-competent tech operation that we're likely to see the hacktivists and pranksters take shots at it."
At least 29 states are pushing back or outright refusing to comply with the Trump administration's request for voter registration data.

I think the commission is entitled to publicly available information as long as they collect it themselves. Any cooperation from the states represents a federal intrusion on our state-based elections. Even the president is elected on a state-by-state basis with the electoral college. Congressmen and Senators are also chosen in state elections. The founding fathers made it clear in the Constitution that the election of federal officials be controlled by the states. For some Presidents, including Bush and Trump, this has worked to their advantage.
Trump, to justify a lie about illegal voting, now seeks to consolidate his power by either suppressing Democratic voters, or weaponizing the information for his re-election campaign. (The commission seeks information on political party affiliation and voting history)
The voter rolls are glutted with people who have died or moved out of the state, but this is not the way to clean them up. -

A down-vote is not sufficient to condemn the pathological, violent thought processes of someone who, in the course of political debate, fantasizes about the detonation of a major bomb anywhere in the United States, as a fitting punishment for not adhering to the Trump line.

I was pointing out that North Korea has been threatening to nuke California for many years, and is now able to do it.
It is quite hypocritical of California to viciously attack Trump, constantly, while at the same time expecting him to be "Their President".
I wasn't fantasizing about any bomb. I was addressing a real and current issue.
As a matter of fact, it looks like Trump is going to be forced to attack North Korea in a pre-emptive strike. The weapons factories are working overtime to produce things like MOABs, defensive missiles such as the Patriot, cruise missiles, etc.

However, you did hit on something that is interesting. The concept of "one nation, indivisible" which is included in the "pledge of allegiance" that all school children recite every day. It's obvious that California doesn't consider it self to be "one nation, indivisible" with the rest of the United States. In many ways, they act as if they are a country apart from the USA and do as they please. They have no respect for Trump. They are openly hostile to him. I'm wondering how hostile they will be when they are in need - such as with a disaster of the magnitude of a major earthquake, or a present from Kim JongUn.

You are absolutely right. Our Commander-in-Chief takes his role so seriously that he will defend only states that supported him in 2016. If he could nuke the states the went for Hilary, he would do it himself. So much easierr to get re-elected in 2020.

It would be one thing if the states promised to provide the recordsand then didn't do it but that is not what happened here.
To answer your question, politics aside states were asked to send personal information including the last 4 digits of SSN to an insecure email address! I wouldn't have done it just based on that.
