Who was the first person you told?
college band friend before a party here

Best friend. Actually he found my porn stash, and I admitted I was gay and our friendship got stronger because of that. It took a while before I told family next.

The first person I told actually asked me first. I was caught off guard but decided to just tell the truth. It made it a lot easier after that.

My mom, when I was 14 years old. She asked me who was a guy, and lying wasn't an option bc I couldn't stand the guilt. The guy was my first time… So I told her while crying a lot bc I knew that she will be angry with me. The next month was hell. But after all calm down she only said: “you can do whatever you want whereas you protect yourself and don't bring any other guys to my house”.

A college friend. He was my roommate for a year, but then I left because I was accepted into other university. I called him one night and told him I'm gay. He was surprised but okay with it. We still have a good connection through social media now.

a not so close friend by that time. i was living in a different country, was getting relatively close to that person so though I might as well start my 'new life' by being the real me. We became best friends and she moved to Germany 3 years after. Still talk to her everyday and miss her like hell ;_;

The first person I wanted to tell was my best friend. Eventually I was pretty nervous that day, so I gave a call to another friend of mine who was identifying as a lesbian back then, then also came out as a trans. I told them first, and they made me feel really comfortable. On that same day, in the evening, I told my best friend. Her reaction: "Dude, do you think I couldn't tell?" :funny2: :funny2: :funny2: :funny2:
