Ok, so i am 20y old, 60kg, 1,78 m. I wanted always gain more muscle matter for myself mainly hoping, it will help with my confidence, i am really shy, hell, i wanted tatoos or piercing from my 15 and nothing, i dont think i can go to gym, well, because i will see people here (confidence) and because there are mens there (hard on) and last, when i were there with my friends they were looking on us like on nerds. So i wanted ask how to begin with little bodybuilding, i have two dumbbells from my older brother alredy. Thanks for answer -
First thing first: You are going to the gym to do your routine. Don't give much importance to how other people look at you (unless you are doing an exercise wrong) Also, focus on yourself, and keep away the pervy thoughts. You'll get used to naked and seminaked men and then there will be no 'hard on emergencies'.
I'd say, go to the damn gym, get a trainer to explain you the basics and possibly some dietary advice (bodybuilding depends on BOTH exercise and diet), once you get some knowledge you can try exercising on your own at home when you can't go to the gym.
Last advice, did you thought those muscled, delicious men were born that way? NO! At some point in time they were fat/skinny kids. So don't give a damn if someone calls you a nerd….. :hug2:
.....BECOME A HOT NERD!......

I agree! If you stay home you won't have proper equipment to workout plus you need someone like a trainer to explain you the basics of the movements and how to prevent injuries.

What worked for me was to exercise towards something.
I booked myself and a friend to do "Spartan Race" (A tough obstacle course) and had 5 months to train for it. Focusing on an event that you need to be fit and strong for worked so much better than vanity.
Its almost a side benefit that you look much better at the end

With nutritious food, sport and movement and undoubtedly each piece would look good

… You'll get used to naked and seminaked men and then there will be no 'hard on emergencies'...
That will be my gym motivation

Nutrition is the key,
Stay away from sugary food, it kills HGH (Human Growth Hormone)in the body,Never go to bed with food in you stomic, 70% OF YOUR DAILY HGH IS RELEASED IN THE BODY ONLY IN THE FIRST HOUR OF DEEP SLEEP including naping. This is crucial for your body to have enough HGH so if you have carbs and sugar you will miss the benefit of the release of HGH, this will leave you felling tired and slow in the mornings also gives you grumpy mood and you need HGH to rejuvenate your whole body and it also slows down the aging process keeping you feeling and looking young. Before you work out ALWAYS warm up the body using High intensity work out to get the HGH elevated (Jumping Jacks,Running in place ect..) and always thoroughly stretch you muscles TO LOOSEN UP TENDONS AND LIGAMENTS to prevent tears, sprains and cramping.Always wait 2 hours to eat after working out,NO SUGAR,NO CARBS,Only protein is ok with water (min 25 grams)

Fix your nutrition. Track what you eat. Make changes.
And it's all your imagination, they are not looking at you. And if they do, it's probably because you are a newbie in the gym, they haven't seen you for awhile. If you go to the gym regularly, that will vanish. Most likely make friends even. Perform the exercise with proper form.
I started off with the same feeling. But I kept going. And now, I'm in the stage where newbies look at me in the gym, because of how I look. :blind:
