Having a healthy sex life either masturbating or with a partner. Minimal stress do realized some stress is good for you. Lastly in my opinion a good support system of friends or family.

Drink lots of water. Adult humans should drink 2-3 liters (or roughly eight 8oz glasses) of water per day
Eat your vegetables. Most powerful phytonutrients are the ones with the boldest colors (Greens, Oranges, Reds)
Exercise daily & wisely. Cross train among different exercises
Get at good night's sleep -

80% come from your lifestyle.. Eat healthy and good food, avoid alcohol and smoking. Whatever you put into ur body it wll determine what will happen to you. and another 20% comes from your exercise if you have a good food and lifestyle with an adequate amount of workout you will feel the difference.
