Change in the FORUM Profile (in the top grey menu band when you are in the forum) your time zone setting and as cannonmc said …

I think you are right, the only setting I could see was one to offset the board time so that your local time showed. Nothing to actually input a time and date.

Now someone will come along and show we are wrong
