Issues logging in - server busy return later.

There are many many people out there who suddenly can not log-in (usual server inaccessible or to busy warnings)
Thank god one of your competitor sites who have explained how to fix this HOST file issue you have.
Not wanting to bitch, although I clearly am, why on earth did GayTorrents.ru NOT warn and explain how to fix your problem when you changed IP addresses??
Did you just think people would know what the problem is and know how to solve the problem?
Are you aware that suddenly many many people can not access your site?

This opportunity did we use to conduct our long announced IP address change. It might happen you cannot reach our new addresses immediately. To circumvent the time until the new address is available around the world please change your local hosts file!
In case you are not familiar with such changes, please visit us in our on line chat room and ask a moderator there to help you.I'm not sure if you have ever used the chat module here but there is usually at least one Mod available to assist you in there.

….Which means it was not at a planned date.
Changes of IP will get solved usually by itself by a synchronisation of the Domain Name Server around the world within about 24 hours, strangely some ISPs DNS got update much later. My advise for the future, is too try another DNS like OpenDNS (they have Howtos on their home page)
Other members are hit by having edited the local host file when we had the previous DNS issue and not reverted back, though editing of the host file shall only be a temporary fix.
