Hi I was wondering what to do because I have this stretch marks on my waist line and I cant find a way to remove this.

I was thinking the cause of it is because I am fat before then I started working out, got slim and then get a little bulky again. (honestly, this is frustrating its hard to maintain.)

So what do you think guys? What can I do to remove this stuff?
I would really appreciate it if its easy and less expensive, THANK YOU VERY MUCH  :thankyou:

(This is my first post ever here by the way. I must say I am loving the site.)

        Hi first time replying.

I just wanted to say some things and I hope they won't bring you down.

First of all stretch marks are scars and like scars they don't ever really go away. Good news is that they can shrink and nearly become invisible.

Stretch marks aren't only for fat people and be caused by muscle building, exercise and pretty much any form of skin being expanded and shrinking. Usually most noticeable as a result of recent loss or gains or rapid loss or gains.

There are many different ways to help shrink stretch marks, but overall the best cure is time. For a cheap solution I would suggest looking into gels or creams to stimulate collagen to improve the look/healing of newer scars, however older scars can only look better.

I think silver stretch marks are attractive, especially on the waist and on the thighs. Usually what happens is that they go from being red or purple to being a silvery skin colour. It's nice.

If there are still red, get some retin-a they definitely help.
If they are no longer red or purple, potions and creams don't really work.
You need to get physical… try Derma-Roller. They are these needles on a roller. I have gotten small improvements with them.
Marks getting little smaller or little less deeper (but it hurts like a B**CH

Sorry, as they have said stretch marks are like scars, they will remain… they will not be always red, they will move to white with the time but they will also change color diffrently if you get a tan... I had some years when I whent to relatively skin to fat several times, so I have them, but now they healed and are not much visible... but they will never go away unless you try plastic surgery. It's like when they try to fix heavily burned skin replacing the epidermis.

They may just disappear over time, but probably won't ever go away!

                      😞

Various laser treatments by a dermatologist may help.  😉

So if they seriously bother you, you may want to save up for that..  >:D
