Can't upload screenshots and covers to certain torrents

Hey there,
I've been uploading screenshots[…] to some torrents this morning, but I've come across a bunch that I can't upload to. The Upload Screen[…] button doesn't appear (but the Show All Pics button does). Just want to know why I can't upload because I have a bunch of pics to upload but can't.

To help you we would have to know which torrent detail page you are having issues with and cannot upload photos to.
Usually the feature is not available when the detail page is fully stocked with photos.

Generally if there are already 10 or more pictures on the page you won't be able to add any more

I recently experienced a torrent that only had 2 pictures and the Upload Pics was still available but after attempting to upload pics I got an Access Denied screen, thinking something might be wrong on my end I restarted the browser and tried again with the same result. Tried a different torrent and it was okay so went back to try a third time but got the same Access Denied.
Next day I thought I'll check again but same result.
If someone else has uploaded photos that haven't been approved yet is this what would happen? That was my conclusion when I tried to Blue's Clues it.
