That means that you started with straight porno, doesn't it?

Yes, I picked up the gay choice since I was still a sperm. Because I know that a gay man's life is full of happiness, laughter and no one in this world hates gay people.
-
I came pre-installed with the gay  also, I remember reading an article stating that there is a part of the DNA that dictates the how much attraction a human will feel towards a certain sex, not sure though, so do some fact checks and don't quote me on this
and honestly, I feel lucky to be gay, even if we aren't well treated in society :cool2:

"Lucky"????? Really?
I don't get it. I know the world is getting easy on us but it will never be a place for us to live happily.
I am sorry if you fell up set. -

I think choice and congenital are both oversimplistic and not entirely accurate descriptions of how sexual orientations come to be.

What is your suggestion then?
-
oh yes i choose to be gay when i was around 6 weeks old
-
I think the best way I explain it to most - albeit a bit simplistic - is like this;
Imagine if being gay is brunette and straight is blonde
If you are brunette, you just are brunette. You can dye your hair blonde all you want - spend a lot of time and energy and even money trying to get your hair as blond as possible.. but guess what? you are still 100% brunette and no amount of covering that will change that.. and in the end the brunette will always come back and is a lot of work to get to blond again.. and, sadly, will ruin your hair, sometimes permanently..

"Did you choose to be gay?"
No. I chose to be just the way I am. The exact way I was born with. A man with the sexual tendency to both men and women. That was not an option, it came naturally, albeit I haven't openly come out to anyone yet.
So technically-speaking, the answer's yes. Partially at least. Because I did NOT choose to be straight. Similar to those other people who 'chose' to be men and straight.
-
I did not chose to be gay. I just was. I wasn't all that fucking happy about it. But, there it is. I am. Fuck it, get used to it.
-
Yep I could say I choose it
really curious at nature and I decided one day (with 16 i think that I wana check out gay porn) with 22 I actually had the first thing with a guynever actually saw guys as possible sex partners through highschool, that ideea came only later :))
At the moment: still Bi and enjoying life. It's not the sex of the partner that matters it's the partner itself, for me (that's how i define BI)

pretty much the same here. i do no think this is a thing to choose. it is for me more like a thing to become aware of. it happens that i am attracted to way more male friends than female friends. that makes me a what? a 70-30 gay-bi? i am still not sure where to put me.
i like to compare that question, to "did you choose to be straight?" - idea.

When I was 10-15 I was into boys and girls but I already then had a clear tendency to boys. Then with 15 I totally fell in love with a guy and I kinda decided that boys are so much better than girls and from that day on I was gay…
... until I was like 23. Back then I was surrounded with girls and even though I was in a relationship with a boy at that time I started to get interresested in girls. And then I actually fell in love with a girl. Even though it did not work out with her I got excited to know how it is to be with a girl.
Then I started to go to University and there were really many hot boys around me. And the straight side around me totally vanished for like 3 years. At that point a girl seduced me(even with guys I usually was more the seducer) and I was in a relationship with her for about 2 years.
Now that it has ended I think really badly about girls.
Right now I am really happy that i am attracted to guys and I can just choose to be gay.
Edit: My opinion on the matter:
I think people mostly get influenced by the people they meet and fall in love with for the first time. I know a guy who has like a perfect character and even though he is not my type (he is not ugly, but he is just a little bit too hunkish for my taste) I feel a little bit attracted to him.
And the other thing is: If you only meet one gender all day long I think it is just a matter of time until you find yourself attracted to that gender.
-
No. You do not get to choose who you are sexually attracted to. Period.
When I was 10-15 I was into boys and girls […...]
This thing you are describing? It's called bisexuality.
I personally believe that the vast majority of human beings are actually at least a little bit bisexual, but because of social norms they tend to repress the side of themselves that is attracted to the same sex. That's why they like to pretend that they "chose" to be straight, and that "choosing" your sexual preference is actually a thing, when it's absolutely not. Because, yeah, you can technically choose what types of people you engage in sexual intercourse with, but that has nothing to do with who you're sexually attracted to. If you're attracted to both men and women but choose to only engage in sex with one of them, then guess what, you're still fucking bisexual, it doesn't mean you're "straight by choice". This repressive attitude toward same sex relations has gone on for centuries.

i could jack off to the hottest women for hours and not get an erection
i don't think that's much of a choice
