Studio Porn (Rare & Scarce) Hard To Find!
-
Through my observation, I find that porns from certain studios are difficult to find, for examples:
- fistinginferno.com [difficult to find relatively compared to falconstudios.com, hothouse.com, nakedsword.com, ragingstallion.com]
- AdultTime aka heteroflexible.com & femboyish.com, biphoria.com, downlowboys.com (previously blacksonboys.com) [difficult to find relatively compared to other porns from nextdoorstudios aka ASGMax aka Gamma Entertainment]
- baitbus.com & guyselector.com [difficult to find relatively compared to other porns from Aylo Entertainment men.com, czechhunter.com]
- barebackplus.com (hungfuckers.com & cumdumpsluts.com)
- Carnalplus.com (baptistboys.com, boyforsale.com, catholicboys.com, funsizeboys.com, gaycest.com, growlboys.com, masonicboys.com, scoutboys.com, staghomme.com, twinktop.com)
- ftmplus.com (transcest.com)
- kinkmen.com
Any idea why this is happening?

@Kinkys-0 I suspect that in addition to things like DMCA...

Sorry, I was waiting for a troll to interrupt me. Anyway, in addition to things like DMCA I would say that any given video's availability is directly linked to its popularity. The more people that like it the more likely it is to be widely shared. The perceived value for money on the source site is probably also a factor. If a site seems overpriced or has limited offerings then it's less likely to get subscribers who can then share. That will certainly slow down the dissemination of new material from that source.
It's interesting to see some of the studios you've listed; Femboyish, CumDumpSluts, BoyForSale, Gaycest, FunSizeBoys, Scoutboys, TwinkTop....... I've seen loads of stuff from all of these spread across the 3 "main" gay torrent sites, so I can't help but wonder if you're just not noticing them.
Take Femboyish as an example. It's a relatively new label/brand (only about 18 months old now I think) and I've found reference to around 37 videos produced under that moniker, of which I've grabbed 27 without much effort at all.
Another is CumDumpSluts. I've got 17 of their 34 productions to date, again just from grabbing them when I see them rather than actively hunting them down.
I think that if you see yourself as a compulsive collector who must have everything from a studio then you're going to need to open your wallet and pay for access, because the likelihood of finding a truly complete set of files from any of them via torrents is unlikely.

@Kinkys-0: Another factor could be that some of these studios have limited appeal, at least to the membership of this site. IMHO, the studios listed in your item #5 seem to have very similar--and thus boring--content: There are only so many ways one can show a 40-ish priest/minister/elder/scout leader fucking a 20-ish twink.
A couple of those studios have a large presence on another torrent site; PM me for information. (I don't want to "advertise" another site in the forum, or to all the world, since this forum is not password-protected.)
@frostycab raised the possibility that these studios might be very vigilant and prone to DMCA takedown requests. If that were the case, then that material would show up on the torrent listings for a while before being removed, and I don't recall having seen that. At least one of the studios in #5 seems to have all of its content on this site.
To quote Yul Brynner...'tis a puzzlement.

@eobox91103 I find that gaycest & transcest snatching statistics are far superior compared to ragingstallion. Is that means gaycest, transcest have limited appeal?
In the comment section, people are risking to request scene that are not available. Again, are these mean the sites are not appealing?

I should have been clearer: What I meant was that some of these studios could have limited appeal here, and that might be a reason for the lack of material. From what you're saying, it seems that there are people who do want that stuff. Perhaps if you message those people, you can reach an agreement that somebody will buy a membership, post the content, and then get rewarded with bonus points.

To quote Yul Brynner...'tis a puzzlement.Yes, in fact another thing that make me confuse as well that people still able to upload the content from such site, however in low resolution (I would say "purposely"), 720p instead of 1080p or 4K. What is the point, logic & intention of the uploader in risking himself to do so???

apart from DMCA takedowns I am thinking:
- studio doesnt push for regular updates - wouldn't be suprised if people dont keep their subs when content is dry (they have been putting out some good content lately though) compressed collections of recent content are available on this site.
- I do see some AdultTime content here - the bi content though is not usually uploaded I think
3 and 4 not sure if this content is actually worth watching imo - not familiar with that studio
5 carnal doesnt really offer easy downloads anymore I think? - kinkmen content is usually very samey, when its good its good but most updates is just more of the same imho.

How does the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) apply to someone who subscribes to a site and then uploads the content to torrents for sharing?
I’ve seen some sites mention the use of traceable video files, which include invisible forensic watermarks tied to the user—similar to a fingerprint or DNA. These watermarks cannot be removed or altered, meaning sharing the video could reveal the user’s identity.
If caught, what actions might the site take? Would they ban the user from subscribing again? If so, how would they enforce this—by blocking the credit card used for billing? And if that’s the case, could the user simply use a different credit card to create a new account?
Additionally, are there any legal consequences for users who don’t reside in the United States?
