Yellen, in her jobs, as Treasury Secretary or Fed Chair or Vice Chair, presided over $16 trillion total of USA debt increase.
That is nearly half of USA national debt.
Granted, some bigger forces were involved - but she went along.
Today she says "I am concerned about fiscal sustainability and I am sorry we haven’t made more progress. I believe the deficit needs to be brought down"

During the various Senate hearings, she always sounded feeble and weak. It seemed to verge on elder abuse.
