      HI.
I tried searching on the forum but couldn't find any solutions. Downloads are all stalled.
I thought it was a problem with my connection or some wrong setting of the program (qbittorrent, which has always worked very well) but with other trackers, even private ones, it works well.
Uploading, however, works. Or at least it seems like it.
I forced resume, rechecked, checked disk space.
Are there any problems with this tracker?
      Solutions?
      I always use a VPN
      Thank you

@prokrin It appears you have a number of torrents for which you have not downloaded 100% of ALL the files. When this happens, the tracker will only register you as leeching the torrent, even though your torrent client will say you are seeding the portion you have downloaded. When a torrent is registered as leeching, it counts towards your maximum number of simultaneous downloads. You need to either stop these torrents or finish downloading ALL of the files to get them out of the leeching queue to free up the slots.

Stalled torrents are normal behavior of qbittorent when there are no peers connectivity, [no seeds or less seeds] ...
Regardless of force-start there is nothing you can do if there is no incoming peers, try to see port forward if these might be the case ...

@john32123666 Even if they're not in a low ratio state, there is a maximum number you can have active at ALL times.

Users who have donated to the site are allowed 200 torrents at one time.

I am referring to downloading 12 active leeching torrent not the amount of torrent [you can download] ...
When 13 is active it will result in Bad Ratio/Failure too many torrent ...
Once any of those 12 active leeching completed then the stalled [13] torrent will update and become active ...

ex : Grab 13 FL [that can be d/l w/n a period of time] ...
                    do not start d/l ...
Once 13 torrent is added [do not queued or change] Then start @ the same time once all 13 connected the 13th will red out resulting failure ...

@john32123666 A couple of clarifications: A client can have up to 100 torrents listed as leeching, as long as most of them have downloaded everything the user wants to download. Suddenly adding 20 new torrents will put some of them in a queue until the first 10 or 12 download what you want, and then start downloading the rest. There's no need to keep checking back to see if those slots are open.

Also, in uTorrent 3.5.5 (and perhaps other versions or clients), the queued downloads are grey, not red.

@eobox91103 why don't you download 13 torrent @ the same time and see what happen ...

@john32123666 That's exactly what I did to test your theory. The first ten to twelve started downloading completely, while the rest were in a grey (not red) queue waiting for some of the first ones to finish before they started. So there's no harm downloading a bunch of new torrents at one, knowing that the system will eventually get to them.

On a more general note, I can understand that there's some satisfaction at quickly answering a question or posed on the forum. But it's important that (a) the answer be correct, and (b) the explanation be understandable to most users, who are not IT specialists and probably speak only English. Please give this some thought.,

                                So your earlier statements:

Suddenly adding 20 new torrents will put some of them in a queue until the first 10 or 12 download what you want ... the 13th will red out resulting failure

                                were incorrect.

Furthermore, when I put 15+ new torrents in the client, the first twelve were downloading and the remainder were queued. Please don't presume that other users' clients will behave exactly as yours does.

@john32123666 This is getting tedious. I'm glad you now realise that other people's clients can behave differently from yours. This is a big step forward.

What users should also notice is that each user can set the maximum number of active downloads, 10, 12, 50, 1000, etc. This is helpful information to new users that you could share if you wanted to.

I realize you like to respond quickly to forum posts, but not always with correct or clear information. I'm going to put you on "block" so I don't have to read it. Best wishes to you.

@blablarg18 Seeing this as a weakness, it's almost as if you're saying "if something's annoying you, you must face it and be annoyed indefinitely instead of doing something that'll effectively fix the issue"

But since the subject popped up, what I think truly shows weakness is making a rule that says people are not allowed to block you. I'm not talking about you of course, just a vent... God knows I tried 🤣
