Pro-Jewish march shut down, but Pro-Palestine march allowed
-
London's Met Police have shut down a preplanned pro-jewish march citing fears that they can't keep them safe.
Strangely, the police are allowing the pro-Palestine march to go ahead.
It reminds me of the guy who was arrested for holding up a sign saying "HAMAS are terrorists".
It also reminds me of the guy who just left temple and was threatened with arrest for looking too Jewish for wearing a yammaka. Again, it was over safety concerns or so the police later said.
Clearly, no one on the left who supports Palestine supports violence or some shit.
I'm sure we are seeing a lot of "racism of low expectations" by the police when it comes to the pro-Palestinian marchers.

@raphjd I'd also go with anti-White & anti-Jewish racism.
Presumption (correct or not) that Jews and/or Whites are "civilized" people who can be trusted to not attack, not riot, against Gaza peeps when the latter march. Racism of high expectations.
Isn't amazing how "safety" concerns always work out to where Christians or, in this case, Jews, get muzzled?

I'm watching the march (I assume it's live) and I haven't seen any mention of the hostages on any of the signs or chants by the pro-Palestinian marchers.
How can there be peace without the return of the hostages? I guess the left is dumber than I thought.

@raphjd Yeah... Sadly, Canada is going down the same path I'm afraid..When people protest against our government, they get shut down. When white Canadians protest for something, they get shut down... But when pro Hamas protestors launch their protests and even spew hate speech that calls for the mass extinction of all whites or all Jews, that's totally acceptable, and the police just let it happen. It's really sad what we've come to at this day and age.
