I always workout till I feel some soreness in my muscles that would last for a few days.
Then I'll set  that as my basic routine.
I'll not let the soreness go away completely and will pump it up to keep the soreness at a "delicious" level all the time.

I wonder if anybody-else has that kind 'deliciousness'  from sore muscles?
I can feel the soreness swelling up my muscles.

It's hard to describe but it makes me always very aware of my body because every movement of my body would highlight the soreness of that moving muscle. It felt so good that I really felt alive and healthy. If I don't continue exercising and let the soreness totally heal then I'll feel lethargic and weak.

But the best part is that it produces some delicious tenderness that's very sensitive to caressing touches of sexual foreplay or even rough manhandling during rough sex. That would make me horny all day from wanting to be caressed
Needless to say that I get the most such delicious touches when being fucked.

Intoxicating wellness and sexual highs make me addicted to exercising.

      I like to talk dirty.

I have started gym last week after 2 year gap and I have muscle soreness almost in all part of my body except belly. I did whole body workout to active my muscles.. I am not fan of muscle soreness as it make it difficult to walk and even use toilet  :cry2:

Well hmm… I get the feeling I like it too but actually from the other reason.
I don't like the pain itself but I like what it means. When my muscles hurt they are being torn apart and heal to grow bigger. That's why I like this pain because I know I'm making a progress and I can agree on that part that it makes me feel aware and healthy. I feel like a junk though haha, because I have shorter range of movement. I do like shrink pain though. It hurts so much it's killing but I don't do anything to let it go only provoke it more.

Gosh, if "soreness as it make it difficult to walk and even use toilet  :cry2: " then he's working that muscle too hard and not using enough lube  ;D

              Yeah,right man.
              No pain no gain.
You love the gain. I love the pains that heighten body touch sensitivity during sex.
