One odd way of getting around Fortinet site blocking..
-
Fortinet's days may be numbered, because their stock price is falling nearly as fast as Pelosi's tits.
As some of you have found, Fortinet blocks a lot of sites, including this site and youtube and many other crucial websites, as well as torrent servers.
I have found that after a few minutes, NordVPN is able to find a protocol which bypasses Fortinet. BUT.. sometimes it does not! If it fails to bypass Fortinet, find your NordVPNSetup.exe file and run it. After reinstalling it, NordVPN is again able to bypass Fortinet after a few minutes.
I suspect that somehow NordVPN is disabled by Fortinet, but after reinstalling it, NordVPN's magic is again operational.

@lololulu19 try to use other VPN providers. For fortinet and strickt firewall's I would prefer vpn Services with a "stealt mode".
Otherwise you can just build your own vpn Server with a raspberry pi at home. -
@Yrmumsucks-0 you lost me with Raspberry Pi. I still manage to get NordVPN to work after several minutes of it automatically cycling through protocols.
For some reason, Fortinet's stock price is nose diving, so they might be going out of business.

@lololulu19 Well.... If they're trying to start censoring the internet, it won't be long until they go tits up... They always do when they start censoring things.

@MrMazda One example of how Fortinet pisses people off is that it blocks Youtube. It also blocks Trump's "Truth Social" twitter clone.
Companies probably don't like paying money to Fortinet for a service that does little more than piss people off.
