Currently in the US there are 11 lawsuits by detransitioners against their Drs, therapists & clinics. AAP is the defendant in 2 lawsuits; Kaiser Permanente Hospitals (CA) - in 3. The allegations R startling: gross medical malpractice, negligence, civil conspiracy, fraud, egregious mis-representation of material evidence, deceptive trade practices. Stay tuned.

Months ago I advised @hubrys get in on this action, it will be lucrative for next 30 years, as Woke-Queer-Trans movement's victims organically seek redress for all the Woke-Queer-Trans insanity & vicious destruction.

From what I can tell, the majority of these suits fall into either of two categories:

          (1) Meritless, nearly frivolous, suits funded and brought by the Alliance Defending Freedom in its pro-Christian, anti-LGBT legal crusade.

          (2) Brought by a single law firm which specializes in bringing such suits; however, their cases seem to focus on the poor work done by the doctors, not the fact that they did the work in the first place. For example, one plaintiff suffered severe pain because of poor hormone therapy oversight. Another suffered pain and aesthetic damage due to poor nipple placement after a mastectomy. In other words, they aren't suing because the doctors transitioned the patient; the lawyers are suing because the doctors did a bad job transitioning the patient.

"Meritless" because YOU think everyone should be transed.

@hubrys How to pretend you never heard of Chloe Cole (or Dhillon Law for that matter) & hope nobody notices your deception.

              Say her name!

              https://www.dhillonlaw.com/lawsuits/chloe-cole-v-kaiser-permanente/

People sue because CHILDREN WERE GIVEN CHEMICAL CASTRATION & GIRLS HAD THEIR BREASTS SLICED OFF IN ACTS OF MUTILATION, that vicious Dr. Mengeles had rushed their parents into.

              Enjoy the next 30 years.

Also the next few weeks as I post more Detrans stories (ie. child-trans horror stories).

But for now, just to get back to Chloe:

Chloe is a biological female who suffered from a perceived psychological issue “gender dysphoria” beginning at 9-years-old. [ed: she was a tomboy, and someone talked her into hating her female gender]

Under Defendants’ advice and supervision, between 13-17 years-old, Chole underwent harmful transgender treatment, specifically, off-label puberty blockers, cross-sex hormone treatment, and a double mastectomy. [ed: she's a child - can't even meaningfully choose her own bedtime or vaxx status, yet]

Throughout Chloe’s medical experience in California, the facilities and institutions actively promoted, encouraged, and advertised the availability of these treatments. Chloe and her parents were not informed of the option for psychiatric treatment or an approach that attempted to treat the underlying psychological conditions to bring about a mental state congruent with Chloe’s biological sex.

Defendants also falsely informed Chloe and her parents that Chloe was at a high risk for suicide, unless she socially and medically transitioned to appear more like a male. Chloe has been informed by her parents that Defendants even gave them the ultimatum: “would you rather have a dead daughter or a live son?” [ed: falsely - a false choice]

Chloe will be seeking punitive damages based on the evidence of malice, oppression and fraud.

Hopefully - we'll see, but hopefully - Chloe may do well enough to break whole Kaiser system out of child trans.

Meritless because they are alleging causes of action that don't exist in the law or ignoring well-established affirmative defenses. Courts don't and shouldn't function as soapboxes for politicking.

                  Yet, they do.

We see that with the J6 cases vs the BLM cases.

Trans children who took puberty-blocking drugs had mental health issues, UK study found

                    https://www.foxnews.com/health/trans-children-who-took-puberty-blocking-drugs-had-mental-health-issues-uk-study-found

In re-examining the results of a previous study, the U.K. researchers determined that one-third of the youth with gender dysphoria (GD) experienced a decline in mental health after taking triptorelin...

Note: puberty blockers cause permanent, lifetime damage to the 12 year olds they're pushed on.
