Seems like New Forum Issues gets the most misdirected posts due to its placement at the very top of the Board menu.

At this writing, about half of the topics on page one have been deleted, moved or locked. It's certainly added work for the Administrator or staff.

Perhaps one day, Rules and Information could be moved one spot up to the top -- even in a larger headline type! -- to further indicate "Read this first."

You might also consider donating a bit of dinero to the site to get a boost.

Starting out here is rough.. once you get a decent ratio and quantity of uploaded / seeded content, things get a lot easier.
