@Kowmei I think it's probably a combination of factors, first it's a fetish, kinda like straight men like watching lesbian porn, second a lot of straight porn is made for straight men, so the way it's filmed, the way it's acted, the way it's conducted, it's mostly to satisfy straight men. While gay porn is done with a different group in mind, so it's pretty different. Kinda hard to explain, but I think it's understandable, hehe.

@lololulu19 One would think that, but one thing has nothing to do with the other, it's about putting yourself into the actor's role. That's why they have guys with big dicks and whatever in straight porn, because the viewer perceives the actor as himself. It's all about self insert.
And that's why lesbian porn doesn't work so well, yes lots of straight men fantasize about seeing two women, but without a man there there is no self insert, it's not the same thing.
That happens with gay porn too, you probably get aroused also by the idea of being there, not only by the visuals.
And this idea that straight men are only actually straight if they adhere to certain things is just silly, it's a backwards way of thinking, sexuality and humans are complicated, forget about those conceived notions.

@bear1515 Sure identification with the performer plays a major role, but maybe not everything - and in any case it would left totally unexplained the interest of straight women into gay porn...
I personally am aroused a lot by the visual. For instance, I like a lot mangas, more than videos actually, and my arousal depends very much on the quality of the drawings. Also, in videos, if the bottom does not "comply" with my personal aesthetic canons , then the scene can be the hottest one, but zero arousal. -

Yes, identification is not everything, that's literally what I said, it's a combination of factors. And obviously if you are not attracted to the performer you won't enjoy it, both visually and self insert (since you wouldn't want to be with that person in real life). And enjoying manga doesn't remove the self insert aspect, it's a kind of media regardless, you can imagine yourself in those situations just as much.
There are medias that are more self insert, like books for instance, but even still there's some visual since you can create it in your mind, I myself don't think I would be able to jack off to a text since there's no visual aid. But the same thing could be applied to mostly visual media, like pictures or even solo videos, I don't enjoy them nearly as much, you can still self insert by imagining being with that person but still.
The two things function together though, even for more visual people, like me (and I guess you).

My girlfriend loves gay porn. We watch it together. We watch straight porn too. Our favorite is bisexual porn though. Proper bisexual porn. Not the typical two girls, one guy, that you see on straight porn sites. That is clearly made for a straight audience. There has been some fantastic bisexual porn in the last few years that we love.
