Nine inches? I don't think so.

We're probably all familiar with the difference between "real inches" and "online inches," the latter being inflated (!) A little exaggeration in a hookup ad is to be expected, but there are limits to credibility.
I found the following graphic interesting: A US banknote is 6 1/8 inches (15.5 cm) long, which is a longer than the "average" erect penis size of 5.5" (14 cm) that most studies report:
I think most of us would consider a "dollar size" penis to be adequate...but nobody's going to proudly advertise that. What about larger? Standard letter-size paper in Canada and the US is 8.5"x11" (216 x 279 mm); standard A4 paper in Europe is 210 x 297 mm (8.3" x 11.7"). How many "nine inch" porn models (or hookups) are longer than the width of standard business paper?
As much as I like numbers, perhaps we should leave them out of size discussions. Some adjectives like "good," "large," or "huge" can be helpful, but I think anyone advertising something larger than average needs to show a photograph. We all know "big" when we see it; we don't need to put a number on it.

Eh, I get the complaint. Most of the numbers thrown out there are bs and it always becomes a "see it to believe it" situation. But at the same time, people have different definitions of "huge" or whatever, so the numbers provide some indication. But I always round down when I see the numbers people give.

@eobox91103 I agree. A lot of people love to lie about their sizes. However, I think it's more believable when one either says he has a tiny dick or a HUGE one. Few people like tiny dicks, so if one says he has one, that almost has to be true. On the other hand, if you say you're 10+, you're going to attract a lot of people that you might not want. Loose bottoms, fisting bottoms, size queens who can't see beyond your dick, people who just want to test their limits and duck within 2 minutes of fucking. It's normal for people to call themselves 9 when they're 7, but if you see one that says 10,11,or even 12, you can probably believe them. When I first saw my husband's profile (he's a true 11. I measured), I was also like, bullshit, it wasn't real. But I was painfully surprised when I saw it in person. He told me about this theory, and I kind of believe him. It's probably fun to be ravished by a dick that size once in your lifetime, but definitely not as fun when you have to take it night after night for over a decade lol
