Biden's DOJ has declared that public agencies and private entities can require you to be vaccinated for C-19, under the FDA’s emergency use authorization.
Of course, this is just their biased opinion and has not been tested in the courts.
This is the same DOJ that dropped all investigations into states (Democrat) that put infected people into nursing homes, killing tens of thousands of people.
