Can we please get a pillowed cell in the looney bin for the MyPillow guy?
There is absolutely NO way absent a violent coup that Trump will ever be reinstated into the White House this August. Not even if God himself came down and exposed an infernal contract signed by every Democrat in the country in baptized baby blood, would there be a legal mechanism for removing Joe Biden and replacing him with Donald Trump.
Will conservatives please stop living in fantasy land? Even when we liberals hated Trump and wanted him gone, we still acknowledged that impeaching him would just make Pence president. No one thought Hillary Clinton would somehow magically take the White House.
And in anticipation of a certain person here (whom I'm still not convinced is a real person and not a Russian AI bot), "fraud" and the proving of such is not a cure-all that will put Trump back into the White House. There is no mechanism for a court, part of the co-equal JUDICIAL BRANCH, to strip the president of the presidency and install someone else of its choosing. That's not how Constitutional Separation of Powers and Checks-and-balances work.

@hubrys Actually, vagina breath, there is quite a future for President Trump. He may decide to run as a House Representative in 2022. If he did, he would win. If he won and the Republicans became the majority in the House - Trump would likely replace Pelosi as the Speaker of the House. Imagine watching a State of the Union Address with #senilejoe with Trump sitting behind him - rolling his eyes and shaking his head.
Then, regardless of what Trump does in 2022.. he will be re-elected president in 2024.

He isn't talking about running for the House in 2022. He isn't talking about running for President in 2024. Mike Lindell is pushing a whack-a-doodle theory that Trump is somehow magically going to be President of the US come August.
That is not happening. There is no lawful mechanism for that to ever happen. All of the GOP and Trumpettes that think differently are delusional.

I haven't seen anything that convinces me that Trump could be President again, even if widespread voter fraud is completely proven in court.
Mind you, the courts actively worked against Trump by using legal technicalities rather than having the courage to actually let the cases be heard and ruling on the merits.

I'm not being insincere or sarcastic. I would genuinely like to know what "legal technicalities" you think the courts used to prevent Trump's case from being heard.

The PillowPrick is a good source of humour...and it will get even more amusing when September arrives, and Trump is still an obese guy who spends his days cheating at golf.
It's always interesting to see the reactions of cultists when some Great Cataclysm in the Future doesn't happen. I remember the doomsday predictions for Y2K, with survivalists moving to the desert. After 1/1/2000 they argued (correctly) that the 21st century wouldn't begin until 1/1/2001. When that day came and went, we heard little from them.
Then there was the predicted end of the world on 21/12/2012, which I think was based on the Mayan calendar. I remember going to breakfast at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant in London on the 22nd, to kickoff my life after death. They had a nice "Doomsday Omelette" on the menu that was quite pleasant.
Recall also that the Q-anon folks were sure that Trump would return to office on this past March 4. They were curiously silent afterwards.
We might not hear much from Lindell after his August data passes. That would be fine with me.

@hubrys Fraud is void and null, nunc pro tunc. The electors would be recalled, and the election declared fraud. Again, you guys hate the Constitution, and now you want to interpret it literally, but technically, you're not even doing that. The Constitution does not explicitly say that if there is voter fraud, it can be overturned, and it also does not say that you have the right to breathe air. It doesn't need to state the obvious, because fraud in law always has to be remedied - not to expect the courts to do that, but legally, this is common sense. It's in the 9th and 10th amendments, which express the limits of the Federal Government, by expressing the powers of the People and the States, which are above the Federal level, and that is the Law of the Land. You have no argument other than "no chance in hell," you aren't making a legal argument, and you don't know what you're talking about.

Not all of it is directly against Trump, but directly harmed Trump.
We have discussed the NJ case where the entire election was thrown out due to massive fraud. Well, that is every election on the ballot except for the Presidential election there was no fraud there. Our resident fake conservative already tried to mental gymnastics this away.
There PA lawsuit, prior to the election over the Sec of State illegally changed the law. The group that sued lost because they had no standing. After the election, the same group sued and they lost because the judge said they waited too long to file their lawsuit. 3 of the people that sued even put their election wins at risk by suing.
You have to remember, most of the so-called Trump lawsuits were not from Trump, but from others that if they won would help Trump.

@raphjd And not to mention, it's not just "election fraud," it's Treason. It's much more serious than you even begin to realize. We are talking about blatant criminal subversion of law, and that is more than obvious.

Whatever the case, he will run for president in 2024 and win.There are some mysteries going on though. Pelosi made a deal with the democrats in 2018 that she would step down as Speaker of the House in 2022. She made that deal so she could remain Speaker of the House until then. Another mystery is.. There is no way in hell that Kamala could win if she ran in 2024.. and Biden HAS stated that he would not run for a second term. I hope Biden flip-flops on that.. like he does with everything else. Biden is on both sides of every issue. Biden would not have a chance in hell of winning in 2024 either.
