Sasha's "third rose reveal" – as you noted, in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PgAw66DZ54E – is, indeed, one of the most electrifying drag moments I've ever seen. The crowd collectively lost their minds.
I definitely have plans to buy or borrow the Legendary Children book mentioned in original post – here's a nice long excerpt:

Being from the New York City area I have seen so many drag artists over the years. Years ago I feel it was more of an art then it is now. I'll keep my eye out for the book.
