Have you had sex with a person knowing he was POZ
-
On more than one occasion and more than one person.
-
Many times…. Other Poz people are actually preferred since my little 5 year long nightmare.

As LEVI already said.

If someone knows for sure that their status is positive in this day and age, then more likely than not, their viral load is low-to-undetectable because they'll have been getting it treated. I would clarify the story that the positive guy is actually telling you – hopefully, it's an undetectable viral load.
Every bit (EVERY LAST BIT) of science we have on the subject now indicates that it's a whole lot safer (even bareback) to fuck the positive-but-medicated guy than it is to fuck the "negative as of my last HIV test 6 weeks ago" guy ... which, let's face it, is the boat most of us are in when we tell others that we're disease free in the hookup apps.
I never have, but I absolutely would if he was getting his condition treated, and feel a lot better about it than being with negative-as-far-as-i-know man.
I'm also looking to get on PrEP to add another layer of protection, the moment I can find a doctor I'm comfortable bringing it up with. It makes me sad that the vast majority of the sexually active community isn't doing the same thing. If every one of us in the butt-fucking wild out there had a Truvada prescription, we may very well completely halt new HIV infection among gay men in the U.S. in its tracks for good!
We have a long way to go to really educate everyone that the landscape isn't the same as it was even five years ago, but yeah ... you can have your cake and eat it too, and you can have your sex and keep your blood clean without next-morning panic.
Medical advancement is a grand thing.

Yea, I have. At first didn't tell me but got tested and was negative. We did it raw at first. Since then I have been doing it with protection for the most part. (Not oral). I agree with yababylol 100%. PrEP is a great idea for all guys. Although the diarrhea will suck (unless you are into that type of thing lol).

As long as the person that is undetectable it is highly unlikely that HIV can be spread! I would still recommend condom use!

Yes, I had sex with many men once, some men a lot of times. I had a POZ boyfriend for a while.
Since I had hepatitus at a very young age and have had medical problems since the mid-seventies I started using condoms BEFORE people found out about AIDS. I'm not going to take the risk of infecting someone else.

I'm on prep now, but when i first came out my first fuck buddy told me he was positive before we did anything. It was his disclaimer and he was open and honest about everything. He's now one of my best gay friends, we talk about everything openly.
TBH positive or negative I always use condoms. I've only had three exceptions, when i was in a closed relationship or with two people i whole heartedly trust but was on prep just to be safe anyway.
If any of you guys are having unprotected sex, if its available to you please get on prep. HIV is no light matter with life long consequences.

many times toping only tho

Nothing is ever 100% safe; it's all about risk reduction, not risk elimination. That said, topping a POZ/undetectable bottom while using a condom that doesn't break is very unlikely to cause exposure to HIV.
As another person noted above, a guy who knows he's POZ and is on meds and has an undetectable viral load is a safer partner than the many of us who were negative at our last test.
And yes, I've topped POZ guys, some multiple times, and a few times not with a condom. I'm not proud of that record, but I remain negative.
-
Yes but always with protection!
-
Yes I have. Why not?
Do people still picture HIV positive people as stereotypical disease ridden individuals that do not take care of themselves (which includes taking proper HIV medication)?
-
Yes of course!
-
Yes and we did not use protection because he is unndetectable.

I occasionally chat on Facebook with a VERY famous former gay pornstar who is POZ. He travels around the USA and Europe and has unprotected sex with hundreds of guys per month, often they queue up to fuck his ass. He is a very nice, attractive, and intelligent guy, but I abhor his sexual antics.
It's also odd that when he was doing porn, he was monogamous, and was quite unusual in that almost all of his scenes were with the same guy!
