Those are exactly what I DIDN'T find useful when I did my search previously.

First you need to use a little lube to get your skin slippery, then you gently pull some of you ball sack through the ring. Your ball is naturally follow, and then the second one as you bring more through the ring. The key is to be gentle, you never need to really touch your balls. Then, when you have you balls in the ring you can kinda pull your (soft) dick under the ring to get everything where it needs to be.
One things though… I love a metal cock ring until I start to get hard and realize that i'm stuck. its a weird anxiety things because you can not take off a metal cock ring once you get hard.
