        When donating blood, they ask a LOT of very specific and personal questions.  If someone has a disease, and are asked if they have or had that disease, and the person lies - that should be a felony.

        What I found most offensive is that they ask males if they have ever had sex with another male.  Why is that any of their business?  That is not the kind of information that a lot of people would be comfortable sharing.  What other questions might they ask?  "how many people have you had sex with?"  "have you ever had sex with a person of a different race?"  "have you ever had extramarital sex?"  "have you ever been or had sex with a prostitute?"  "how often do you have sex?"  "have you ever had sex with an animal?", etc.

          It's clearly an SJW move and one not based on reality.

          HIV/AIDS can be deadly, whereas the others aren't.    That to me is the difference.

          We've also had cases where both males and females have purposely infected others out of revenge for them getting it.

          ++++

          This doesn't affect "gift givers" as they are called.  This is because the "bug chasers" are actively seeking it.    The law only knowingly giving it without telling the victim.  It also doesn't affect those that know they are POZ but don't tell their sex partner, and the sex partner doesn't get it.

            I know of one case where a guy with AIDS committed suicide simply by refusing all treatment.  He was very depressed, didn't want to live anymore, and let nature take it's course.  The sad thing is, he was a nice guy.  He has been abandoned by his parents, did a couple of years in the military, wound up living with a sugar daddy (who later produced a few terrible movies starring Brent Corrigan), then working at Walt Disney World, got sick, refused treatment, and died.  Ironically, his parents took care of him in his last months.  Perhaps the reason he allowed his health to fail is that his failing health got him the love and attention of his parents back.
