He didn't flip-flop. A flip-flop would mean that he is now for something he was against.. or vice versa. I guarantee you that Trump is not encouraging illegal immigrant children to stay in the USA. He is just softening his stance on illegal immigrants. He is still doing his best to stop illegal immigration.. but he's making a concession in the case of children. Fred, I have to disagree with you on this. The only reason this is happening is because the lower courts have called his ban on immigration unconstitutional. It will go to the Supremes and then we will see what happens. He's not softening his stance.
