Here's the facts:
Hillary ILLEGALLY kept a server in her house containing hundreds of thousands of digital documents (which is a Federal Crime).
These documents included those from her tenure as Secretary of State during the 2008-2012 tenure of Osama (and Benghazi).
Her house was not a secure location, nor was it safe from cyber attacks, nor did she have permission to do that.
The people Hillary hired to set up her server and maintain it.. and access it, and DELETE things had NO security clearance.
Congress ORDERED Hillary to turn over 30,000 e-mails from that server.
AFTER being ORDERED to turn over the e-mails, Hillary hired a private company with no security clearance to destroy the evidence.
Those actions amount to treason, obstruction of justice, lying to Congress, and other crimes - all of which should have her in prison.Trump wanted those e-mails recovered, to show that Hillary is a crook.
Hillary then took the extra step of not only deleting those e-mails but made sure they could not be recovered by using "bleach bit" software.Eventually, the dozen or more agencies investigating the e-mails determined that Hillary's rogue server in her house had been hacked by at LEAST 5 different countries and other parties not tied to a government.
Duplicates of many of those e-mails were found on the computer of pedophile Anthony Weiner who is the husband of Huma Abedin (who is Hillary's top aide and rumored lesbian lover).
WikiLeaks began publishing batches of these e-mails which were extremely damaging to Hillary. She wisely didn't even attempt to refute these e-mails, but started waving the "Red Flag" and claiming that Russia was trying to destroy her.
Several times, the head of WikiLeaks stated that the source of the e-mails was NOT a state run agency, NOT Russia.. and Assange has a reputation for never lying.So, here we are, still blaming Trump and Russia for Hillary's defeat.
Since when is exposing the TRUTH a crime?
Is it a crime to produce REAL evidence that Hillary tried to destroy? No, it's not.Let's take this one step further:
Imagine that Hillary WON the election.. if we assume that Russia and others had those e-mails that she tried to destroy, then there would be a cloud over Hillary in that she could be blackmailed by Russia and the others who could potentially reveal what she tried to hide.
So, if Hillary had been elected, she would be forced to resign because of that potential for blackmail.
Hillary created her OWN defeat.
This is WHY keeping a server in one's own house is illegal. if the e-mails were intercepted from a legitimate government computer, then it would be the fault of the government. By having the e-mails intercepted from Hillary's own private computer in her own home, the fault and liability is 100% that of Hillary!(Feel free to share my comments anywhere you like.. such as Facebook, Twitter, or anywhere else).

Totally couldn't have said it better, but don't forget about Seth Rich, the murdered DNC staffer (they claim it was a robbery even though his wallet was still on him), has now been identified as the leaker to WikiLeaks (NOT RUSSIA). The leaks came from inside the DNC itself, and that means all this Russia garbage is pure LIES, and it also means that the deep state agents promoting this LIE are in collusion with the DNC, and have been from the beginning. Trump had nothing to do with any of this, period, and there still is ample evidence against Hillary and the DNC, yet they are blaming Trump and Russia. What a bunch of BS!

Michael Flynn, former national security adviser. Flynn had a number of contacts with Kislyak after Election Day, including attending that meeting between the ambassador and Kushner. (Flynn was forced to resign his position after it was revealed that his comments about the content of those meetings to Vice President Pence were falsehoods.) After resigning from the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2014, Flynn was invited to give a paid speech at a celebration of RT. He did so and joined Putin’s table for a related banquet.

Rex Tillerson, secretary of state. Before he was confirmed to serve as the head of the State Department, even Republicans questioned Tillerson’s relationship to Putin. As the head of ExxonMobil, Tillerson helped negotiate a massive agreement between the Russian government and ExxonMobil-Rosneft, a partnership between the two companies. Tillerson was subsequently awarded the “Order of Friendship” by Putin.
Wilbur Ross, secretary of commerce. Ross’s connections to Russian business interests are less obvious than Tillerson’s. During the Clinton administration, Ross served on the board of the U.S.-Russia Investment Fund, an effort to bolster businesses in post-Cold-War Russia. During his confirmation, questions arose about his ownership of a bank on Cyprus that, in the words of McClatchy’s Kevin Hall, “caters to wealthy Russians.”

What actually happened was that she went over all the emails and turned over all the ones that were work related and deleted all the ones that were personal. Nope. Actually the State department's servers got hacked. There was zero evidence that any of Clinton's private equipment got hacked (hence why Russia didn't release the emails Trump asked for). If anything her equipment was more secure than the government's.

They weren't in and of themselves. There was nothing remotely damaging in them. All the damage was done because the media kept reporting on emails even though there wasn't a story there. The Hillary Clinton email saga was actually three different things, none of which actually amounted to a real scandal. So for a year and a half all the public heard was "Hillary Clinton something something something emails." And that was the damage.

Ok Loki, if you wanna be TECHNICAL, no it isn't illegal for anyone in government to have a server at their home that is separate from their government server at work. But when you put CLASSIFIED government information on your PRIVATE home server, then it IS a Federal Crime. And most certainly it is ILLEGAL to EMAIL CLASSIFIED government documents. If you talk to the IRS they will give you a fax number that will only be good for about 30 minutes, and will not accept emailed documents or forms, because "EMAIL IS NOT SECURE." Everyone in government knows this, from the TOP to the lowly IRS employee you are just trying to deliver your forms to.

Ok Loki, if you wanna be TECHNICAL, no it isn't illegal for anyone in government to have a server at their home that is separate from their government server at work. But when you put CLASSIFIED government information on your PRIVATE home server, then it IS a Federal Crime. And most certainly it is ILLEGAL to EMAIL CLASSIFIED government documents. If you talk to the IRS they will give you a fax number that will only be good for about 30 minutes, and will not accept emailed documents or forms, because "EMAIL IS NOT SECURE." Everyone in government knows this, from the TOP to the lowly IRS employee you are just trying to deliver your forms to.
Of course she didn't email anything classified. A small (as in three) number of emails were emailed to her and were mislabeled. And then the FBI decided that some stuff should, retroactively, have been labeled classified, which happens all the time. Most departments in the government disagree about what counts as classified. By the by, the diplomatic cables can (and have) been hacked.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news for you but your one line statement in and of itself is a response! I've noticed while reading the posts for this link as well as the multiple other ones that pertain to President Trump that you are very aggressive and rude in your responses to anyone who fails to agree with you. Personally I found Loki100's response very informative and well thought out. Personally, I think that the Russia witch hunt is red baiting 2.0, and it's both unsurprising and annoying that the Democrats are doing it. That said, and I don't know why I have to say this, but it's possible that both Hillary and Trump are doing dumb fucking shit that deserves investigation.
I don't think Trump is covering up anything more than using the presidency as a glorified platform for his business interests, because at the end of the day he's surprised he even won and he was kinda banking more on losing the presidency so he could do work as a private citizen and spread the Trump brand.
