        You fucking hypocrite.

You demand Trump condemn this single act, yet your side has refused to condemn any of the countless acts of violence the left has done.

Also, did you see why he says he did it?!  He got abuse for being a conservative.

You know CNN will label this a hate crime, unlike the Chicago kidnapping.

            @Drwas:

When will tRump start denouncing this radical Right-Wing Terrorism?

New flash: Islamic terrorist attacks are "radically right-wing" (being rooted in extreme fundamentalist, religious Conservatism) as anything this guy did (or didn't do) in the name of "defending Conservatives" or whatever the fuck he was on about. Point being, unless you do it for everyone, it makes 0 sense to distinguish between the two based solely on his "radical right-wing" affiliation over the individual motives and actions. And, when you go beyond the "Left/Right extremist" angle (we know it goes both ways) and examine individual motives/perpetrators, you discover something interesting: Non-Islamic attackers in this camp aren't nearly as commonplace. Logic dictates, then, that they don't warrant nearly as much focus. You're more likely to be murdered by an apolitical* white, secular/atheist megalomaniac (the school shooter type) than an explicitly Right-wing Conservative (or even a Stalinist wannabe-vanguard Leftist) who isn't a Muslim.

Also, it appears, based on what I quickly skimmed through, that he didn't even use the machete/knives on anyone. You better believe they would've made it clear in the headline if he had! All the article states is that he "struck" people, which probably means he physically pushed/shoved them. Or, at worst, punched them, which can hardly be compared to hacking at people with a machete. Talk about blowing an incident out of proportion. At least no one was literally beheaded. Wonder why? Because, generally, only Islamic terrorists and people on angel dust pull shit like that in public. Most others who directly attempt to kill unsuspecting citizens based on extremist religious/political motives are a lot more impersonal: They kill with guns (or stabbings, depending on the availability of firearms). Point being, this guy doesn't even fit the profile for a Western, non-Islamic political/religious terrorist. He fits the profile of a lone, unhinged idiot fruitcake. I think it's safe to assume that, if he didn't have a gun here in the US, he probably couldn't get one because he's a known loony and was denied purchase by a reputable dealer. If he had a gun and seriously intended to cause damage, you can bet he would've brought it along. TL;DR: This guy shouldn't really be compared to a "terrorist" at all. He should be compared to a bumbling idiot.

*Antisocial people like this don't believe in anything. Politics for them are mere window dressing. A way to validate their own selfish acts. For example, if you study the Columbine shooters, specifically the "basement tapes", the two of them implied revenge against "jocks" was the motivation for the attacks. Take into account that they weren't even picked on or ostracized at school, and that whole "motive" is revealed to be what it is: Utter bullshit. The idea of "revenge", or simply being "better" than their classmates was just something that enabled their own simple-minded egomania. It allowed them to justify their wanton violence, which had more to do with seeking infamy than achieving any twisted notion of "justice".

Of course he's a hypocrite.  Like every other liberal, he has refused to condemn any violence by the left.

              NOPE.  My dogs love me.

This kind of behavior needs to be discouraged on both the right AND THE LEFT. What happened to Ann Coulter is flat out wrong and indefensible and needs to be called out more. I cannot stand Ann Coulter and she is a real life troll, but threatening violence and riots to stop her from speaking is just as wrong as some right-wing nut threatening Democrat students in Kentucky. I saw many headlines about the Kentucky incident, but where is the outrage over what happened to Ann Coulter? I don't care that she says some of the dumbest things on the planet, she has a right to say them wherever she chooses and she was invited to speak. You do not go to college to be safe from the real world, you go to college to learn how to stand up for yourself the right way and use validity to argue against irrational people like Ann Coulter in the real world.

Finally, a leftist condemned the violence.

The problem is, you showed your hand.  Anyone you disagree with, you call "irrational".

                      Gotta love the idiotic left.

This post is incredibly intelluectually dishonest on all levels.  There is far more violence committed by the left than the right.  Just YESTERDAY, a college student was murdered by an Antifa, along with half a dozen students who were stabbed.  By a radical member of a far left group.

Please stop lying to yourself about who it is committing the violence.  There will ALWAYS be a little violence from both sides, in a country of +300 million.  But there is ONLY one side where the violence is not universally condemned, and even sometimes encouraged and cheered.  That is the left.

                        Please, be honest.

First of all.. Obama went 8 years without denouncing terrorism.. in fact.. he wound up FUNDING it!
As for Trump denouncing radical right wing terrorism… this is one man and the first instance of right wing terrorism in the USA that I am aware of.  You have any other examples?  Even if you do, the vast overwhelming majority of terrorist acts are perpetrated by left wing nuts.  HOWEVER.. I will grant you one thing.. there are a LOT of incompetent, bad cops who perpetrate terrorist like acts under the shield of the government.  I wish Trump would do something about that.  Being a cop is one of the most difficult and demanding jobs there is.. and sadly.. most cops fail miserably at doing their jobs properly.  There needs to be a system of policing the police to weed out the extreme ones.. and punish the ones that need to be punished.  At the moment.. cops have a virtual "007" license to kill!

                            Exactly.

It's not terrorism if a muslim does it.

I think you've got things confused. You should actually look at a government list of terrorist attacks in the "US". The majority of terrorist attacks are conducted by Americans and are white. When was the last time you heard the news report such a person as a terrorist. You don't hear it unless they're Muslim since those are the only terrorist people care about since they are able to channel a feeling of "other people not like us".
