Personally I do not care about skin colour.. how people treat others is how I look at people… That is why I sometimes get angry with threads like this where it just seems to get in to tangents that involve people attacking each other personally

The first mistake was assuming that I'm on some side, thus every dot point you wrote is pointless. Why choose a side and participate in narrow-minded groupthink? But to answer your question, both sides have become hypersensitive, but one side is whiny and self-righteous while the other is evil.
I remember how right-wingers would use singular examples such as gay serial killer Andrew Cunanan to dismiss the whole gay population. Or by using AID statistics to prove how one minority group is inherently worse. I find it sad that gays are also prone to the same mental gymnastics.

I wouldn't go that far. I knew a child many years ago that picked a tiny dog up by one leg, breaking it, and laughed for several minutes. The same child had a passion for breaking all sorts of things, and knocking things off the shelves in stores. She was a hellion, and still is but in a different way. When someone is being destructive, a swat on the ass works wonders… but should be a last resort. I see many children getting smacked around for no reason other than for the parent to show whose boss.

Before DNA testing was readily available and accurate, 10% of the men who pled guilty to rape were later found to be not-guilty when DNA testing was done years later. They pled guilty in plea bargains to avoid severe prison sentences. I wonder how many "rapes" were consensual sex at the time, but later resulted in a rape complaint out of revenge. Most people have the idea that law enforcement exists to punish the guilty.. That is not true. The purpose for law enforcement is to protect the innocent. Far too many cops take it upon themselves to mete out their own punishments. There is something else that needs to be said about that. Often, there will be a story posted on the internet about gross police brutality and abuse of their powers. If one dares criticize the police online, one takes a big risk of having their accounts terminated. I had TWO Facebook accounts nuked because I criticized the police. Because of that, people don't complain so much. The complainers are silenced. I feel hypocritical, but I no longer comment in public forums about wrongdoings. I also lost another facebook account and a youtube account for pointing out how corrupt and evil Slippery Hillary is.

The overwhelming majority of raphjd's opinions are wholly irrational based on wild generalizations. He uses the same exact examples to back up many different arguments, such as some situation where black students made white students walk through a creek or something and BLM protesters interrupting a Bernie Sanders rally. He uses very, very rare instances to generalize whole populations of people; hence, why I consider 95-98% of what he says to be wholly irrational. That's basically the best response you can give to him on here because once you try to bring rationality into the argument, he deflects. He's often deflected to arguments that have absolutely nothing to do with the topic, which is why this thread (that he started by the way) was about the Pepsi ad and you're now arguing about domestic violence, feminism (he hates women with a passion), and gay bashing. I just use the typical 95-98% irrationality statement with him because it's basically the only response you can give to almost anything he says. Very rarely he'll make sense, but most of the time it's like trying to have a discussion with a real life Archie Bunker minus the occasional sympathy.
