          3 to 6.
Depends how much duties I have and if I'm feeling good. But I need to really feel utterly bad to not work out at all. 6 is a max cause of course I want to have effects so I take days off for regeneration. Mostly it's 4-5 times though.

I aim for a minimum of 3 times a week (at least 1 hour per session). But if I have time, I really try to push for 4 or 5.

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short.
But shout it at them in German, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

4 times a week, 50-60 minutes per session.

Well for example this week I had 6 but it was not the same training I always do. For example I did 2 full workouts and then the third day I just did some of the chest for that day and then the fourth day I just did chest again but in different places with different exercises. Usually I do this in one workout but I just changed it for fun because I had a P.E. lesson which also has a gym so I wanted to try the equipment so I purposely did more workouts but divided them into two days. Then back with bic and tric (I try to do them more often cause they're such a small part) and a day off and back to the cycle. I just usustally do 1.push 2.pull and on 3 day legs with shoulders. a day off and then over and over again. So yeah it might sometimes take 6 days a week. But I totally watch out for the regeneration I think about which of my part is already cool and can work out again and if something's wrong I try to do something different. Not pushing myself too hard, but I really want this. I'm just mad that I don't have such good genetics as all other people have. I would be a fucking strongman already with all of that dedication.

Well i try like 4 times.
I do EMS training like on two days and i do two days of cardio. Hard to maintain.

Five times a week. I'd go more often, but rest days are allegedly just as important for muscle growth as gym days are. The gym helps me find stress relief, which is nice.
