In USA a lot of men do PREP.
In the Europe? is ok to do BB without risk?

Bareback sex with or without PREP is never without risk, even if you are in Europe.
The only way bareback sex is OK is if you and your partner are actually monogamous, have been tested multiple times for HIV and do not have any other STDs; but beware people lie, one test for HIV does not mean someone's negative, and a lot of men who claim to be "monogamous" cheat and have unsafe sex with strangers, or whoever they hook up with.

There is no such thing as "no risk". You have to decide for yourself what level of precaution is for you.

Keep in mind that PREP was meant to be used along condoms as an extra safety shield.
For example, the most famous PREP, Truvada, only builds near-immunity if taken regularly, so you won't reach high immunity levels with just your first dose. And even if you take it regularly, if you fail to take that daily dosage, you would need to start over again.
Also, as far as I remember, there's supposedly some stronger strains of HIV that bypass PREP. So, as others have said, is not 100% safe.

That being said, I believe there is one confirmed case (total) of a guy serotransitioning while on Truvada taken properly. I slutted it up with truvada for a while, before I got together with my bf. No HIV, but chlamydia…do remember it doesn't protect you from other STIs (including Hep!)

Yes, putting all the faith in PreP and doing BB is dangerous. All it takes is one strain resistant to the current drugs to propogate and we are back to 1984. Use your best judgement. Is always a balance. But please be careful. Remember that biologie will fait ce qu'elle veut. Finds a way. Even when drunk as me, please take care of yourself. Rememver to think, is it worth the risk. Make yor own judgement.

That's right, PREP only focuses on HIV, that's why you have to use condoms along with it to prevent the other STD's
