Bath gels or soap?
-
If so, what brand do you use for body odour?
-
Soap - I don't use mainstream brands like Nivea, Balea, Palmolive and so on. I'm buying some organic vegan-friendly sandalwood soap.
It does the job plus smells amazing. Time to hit the showers. :surprise: -
Hi Guys. Two points: bar soap contains talcum powder or similar to help emulsify the body fats, but it also leaves powdery residue each time in the bath or shower walls requiring extra cleaning. Whereas a clear body gel leaves little residue. I use Olive Oil liquid gel.
-
I use soap over bath gels, mostly due to the fact that I'm more used to soap and I feel a soap bar lasts longer than the bath gel.
-
I tend to go for creamy type shower gels, I usually stock up on Nivea when it's on special, but if I run out I'd go for another brand.
-
I don't mind both, but have been using gels for several years now.
It's… cheaper. LOL. ::)
And it's a local brand. -
I used to use soap.. But now it disgustes me. So I use bath gels. Love brands like adidas.
-
i think dove cleansing bar is ok for me.
-
bath gels with essential oils within
-
I always go with bath gels. Something like Axe or similiar. I just like to feel a manly smell when I'm taking a shower…
-
Gel, its easier to use. I use any gel with glycerine
-
Definitely gels. Soap just seems so inconvenient…unless you are looking for some attention in a prison shower
-
bath gels

I use body wash, alternating between a couple types of Jason, Lush, and Shea moisture brand scents. I dont like the way soap feels on my body even after i rinse it all off
-
Soap causes my skin to be dry and also causes fungal infections. I use blue radox shower gel.
-
I feel that bars work better.
-
Definitely gel over soap. I find the soap residue impossible to rinse off.
Although, lately I just use shampoo everywhere. Also rinses off clean, and I don't have to deal with multiple bottles. -
bath gel.. easier to bring to the gym..

Irish Spring has a few really great shower gels, I pick out a couple whenever I am running low. Combined with an exfoliating towel or a nice fluffy loofah and I can suds up, scrub down, and rinse clean.
