M/M refers to male-male pairings or gay romances.

I haven't tried those authors yet- I'll give them a shot.

Here are some of my favorites:

1- Josh Hunter- Settling the Score series
          2- D.J. Heart - Omega series
3- G.A. Hauser- too many to mention
4- Kora Knight- Upending Tad series
          5- Stormy Glenn

I don't have as much time now, but it was a lot of fun reading them back when I had lots of free time.

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short.
But shout it at them in German, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

It means male/male romance, a romance novel concerning two men rather than m/f (male/female).

Are male authors better at writing m/m or female authors?  Like Tanya Huff.

My preference is male authors. Male/male romance/erotica is mostly written by women for women, and I find the characters often act is ways slightly different from any man I have ever met, gay or straight. It is a similar situation to Lesbians not liking female/female porn which is made for straight men.

Mercy Celeste is a female m/m author who I think is quite good.
Jay Northcote is a male m/m author who I think is quite good.

One is not necessarily better than the other, but I prefer the male perspective in a sexual narrative. I'm not sure how to explain it but I find that female authors tend to 'feminize' the emotions and thoughts of male characters. I find this distracting in a M/M story.
