"Two days later, Alvarado sought emergency medical treatment for what he later learned were the symptoms of Rhabdomyolysis, a serious medical condition that can cause kidney damage, according to his lawsuit. He alleges the exercise he was forced to do led to Rhabdomyolysis. "

Obviously there's a limit to how much you should be doing, if you work out too much in one session you will do more damage to your muscles than good.

Yes for sure. I've over trained many times, and pulled muscles and tendons. My joints are the worst. The older you get you are more likely you are to gaining injury.

I still struggle with this.  😕 I feel like I'm bouncing between doing too much and not doing enough. I try to listen to what my body is saying- but sometimes I'm suspicious of just feeling lazy, so I keep pushing myself to do more while watching out for injuries.

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short.
But shout it at them in German, because life is also terrifying and confusing.
