      I don't know if I'm going crazy but there are so many green torrents in my wishlist that I swear I haven't gotten around to yet. I thought green torrents are ones you've confirmed to have downloaded.

        This is correct. When they're highlighted in green, it means that your torrent client has given the tracker the signal that you have completed the download.
