I love this site but I'm getting increasingly frustrated with uploaders either not naming or describing their torrents correctly. I appreciated the time and effort it takes to upload a torrent but naming correctly and adding pictures would make it far easier for folks to see what they are downloading…...

It can be frustrating and I have no answer.
But it is amazing sometimes how much info you can get by just looking at the file name that is being posted. I have seen torrents titled 'Twinks Fucking' where the file name gave the studio, names and much more.
And there should be barely a torrent which has been downloaded that doesn't have pictures. Once you have downloaded a file, it is child's play to make thumbnails and upload them. All anonymously and with added bonus points
No proper title, 24 completions but no-one has added screenshots and the filename gives studio, title, date

The question to why this is still available on the site is what everyone should be asking. "Don't be mean to the new members, they don;t know what they are doing" I hear it time and time again when in fact its the same uploaders posting the same BS 12meg files, no screenshots, wrong category and generic files names and descriptions. What point are the site rules and guidlines when the site does not enforce them? Just don't have any at all and be done with it.

I reported this 20 mins ago, its laughable, the uploader knows how to provide screenshots but adds a 'no screenshot' image, I reported him a week ago, I guess the polite nudge from the mods didn't take?

You are wrong in the assumption nothing was done one the first torrent. The issue is that since then, there were 16 (!) votes for "Mature" but only 4 for "Straight older", so it was moved back into the Mature category by the system.
The supposed protection of changes of the main category seems not to work correctly.

The title "Sherlock" is quite accurate because it is a parody of Sherlock Holmes with Dr. Watson. I did not upload this. I was not thrilled with it, but it is so unique with the costuming and fairly good acting that I kept it. Someone seems to have added a lot of screenshots.

In much the same way that 'Gone' could be an accurate title for a parody of Gone With The Wind but it doesn't give much info to your 'customers'.
