I've been thinking about doing this for a while but I'm not sure how to start or where to begin.
Just wondering if anyone else had any advice or recommendations.

Start slowly. If you eat red meat[pork, beef etc], you could try to reduce or eliminate the amount of red meat you eat. Then go to poultry/fish. Keep in mind that you must also eat nuts or vegetables that provides the same nutrients that you lose when you don't eat meat.

Being a vegetarian has a lot of health benefits. Although, if you are not used to eating just vegetables, you could have a difficult time adjusting. Anyway, maybe you can start shifting to a vegetarian diet slowly and gradually. Eventually you will get there.

So you don't eat soy rice or wheat and moderate amounts of nuts?

where do you get your proteins?

But you still need protein on your vegetable days.

No, because my digestive system needs 2-3 days …  😊
I'm eating 2.5 Kg (5.5 lbs) of unprocessed meat per week

That's not much. Say your avarage meat has 18g protein pr 100g.

                          2500/7 = 357(1day)
                          3,57 * 18 = 64

Just 64g of protein from meat pr day?

I'm assuming you eat eggs as well tho, but how much?

You need like 150-210g of proteins pr day, assuming you are 70kg and workout, which is a total guess out of my ass :P.

I've tried to eat less and less meat but it can seem really difficult to get enough plant-based protein! Wish it were easier. I choose to spend my time and energy doing other things..just what works for me though.

Lots of good plant based protein powders to supplement your proteins if you cant get them from other plants. Look for vegan protein powders without whey. I have to be honest with you though protein is not nearly as important as people think it is. Unless you arnt eating any for 20 days you will have bad health results, but even plant based diet has lots of protein.
