      Soo hi there to everyone, if anyone could help me who knows alout fitness and workout , that can make a list of exercises for aout one week that can help me get in shape, i have bench , steper and termintor at home so if anyone can be that good and help me i would be grateful, thank you for anttencion and happy holidays y'all !

          Depends what you're trying to do.  Lose fat, add muscle, increase cardio endurance, improve flexibility, etc?  I'll second both the YouTube and the watch your diet advice.  Some pretty quick and simple exercises you can do pretty much anywhere are jumping rope, jumping jacks, and burpees; and lots you can do with basic free weights too.  Usually a combination of different exercises, both strength training and cardio, along with cutting some junk out of your diet is the way to go.  Most important IMHO is to make a plan with some achievable goals and stick to it!

                A good tip that i can give you is whenever you eat, do not go for sleep right after it. It will be converted into fat.
                Try to put a time amount of at least 4 hours with doing something, like walking, before you go to sleep.

                  Basically, it's a mix of constant exercise and healthy food.

                  Don't get too stressed out if you miss out on one or treat yourself once in a while though. Losing weight is a long term thing.

                    gain extra proteins, b4 u try to build muscles, it can either through ur day to day diets or some product design for building muscles
