Computer… or maybe PS?

What do you prefer? I like play videogames with computer, but some games are very hard using the keyboard

PC for me . Games like Skyrim and Dragon Age look better and it's a lot easier to mod games on pc.

You know you can always use a Xbox Controller on you PC right?
I prefer playing on consoles. You just buy your game put on your console and play. Computer you have to think about space, they usually get slower with time, so you have to format it and there are fewer offline multy-player games on PC.
But because of steam, I am almost playing only on PC. In my country original console games are expensive, you find new games for $80 - $100, and there are almost never any promotions. But on steam, new games you pay only $45, the most expensive ones are $55. And I usually wait for good promotions so I pay $5 - $20 a game, and some of those games are just 3 months old.
I also use a notebook to play, so I just plug it on my TV, get my Xbox 360 controller and it becomes almost a console, hehe.
By the amount of games I have on steam, the price really becomes a problem for console games Oo.

This is true with space and age on a PC but thankfully I have a computer dedicated for just gaming. Still going strong after four years of service and some hardware upgrades. I use a wired 360 controller for games like Skyrim and just downloaded Fable Anniversary that has controller support and been playin the heck out of it lol.

Computer. When needed you can upgrade it without having to buy another computer - something you can't say about consoles. For example, my old PC configuration had a lot of trouble running the latest NFS and now, with just 100 euro for upgrades it can run literally any game - new or old with a decent frame rate. Go ahead and do this with any console. Best case scenario is you're gonna fry the console's hardware. ;D

i prefer the mouse and keyboard for most games nowadays, it's much more precise.
but, on topic, i game mainly on PC and handhelds

I'm definitely a member of the PC Gaming Master Race lol. I own a 360 but I rarely play it anymore. I agree with the above sentiments that Console game prices are just to outrageous. Steam has really revolutionized the whole game purchasing experience. I use Dealzon as well to track where the mega deals are. If your not one of those "Absolutely gotta have it on Day 1" guys… steam generally offers 20 to 75% off after a month or two. GMG (Google it) GOG and gamersgate are all great resources for gamers on PC as well. You have access to a MASSIVE modding community who more often than not make games that much better after only a few months. If you want the ability to play What you want and in the way you want when you want to play it... PC gaming is the way to go. And anymore with sites like Newegg and Tigerdirect you can build your own gaming PC for a fraction of the cost to get a good one from a major retailer. If you need assistance with anything along those lines feel free to ask.

I prefer PC because PC is more verasatile. WE can use it for other purpose beside gaming

Agreed. With the right hardware, PC games look 5x better than console games and are much easier to modify. You may end up spending more initially for decent PC parts as opposed to a console, but when you factor in the price of games (console games are usually around double the price) and how long consoles last until some new version comes out, PC is definitely worth it. When new generation graphics come out, all it takes is a simple hardware upgrade on your PC, whereas you would have to buy a whole new console that may not even be able to play all of your old games.

The issue is, with the console the game is already optimised so there is no need to fiddle around. If you're not prepared to spend ages fiddling around with your computer, then I'd go with a console.

Well that is a war on exclusives… that is how sony rolls, as long as there are great exclusives people feel the need to get a ps console, however for people bound to wait there will be emulators... pc rules aniway has a médium, however the right now gamer wants those exclusives.

If you go for good enough hardware you can just run all of your games on maximum settings - settings which looks way better than a console. Also, most modern games have an auto-optimization feature that matches the games graphics settings to your current hardware.

FPS and MMORPG, PC.
All the other genres, Console. (For me, at least)
