That's not precisely a rule, you are allowed to send links to external sites. When all you have is a pic or two, it's alright, but if your source material is a video or a gif we have a better chance of finding more about it precisely because we have a much bigger set of frames that could be searched in various image search engines.
It is a painful, boring job that not always come to fruition, but personally I don't mind borrowing my time to do it.
I didn't get it from a streaming site so I'm not sure where to upload it so I can link it. It's actually a video torrented from here but the listing was taken down
