I'm not sure if I have the wrong definition of uploading (UL), but it changes when you seed files to other peers correct?

If I am, after the file is done downloading, I let it seed. When I log onto the site and check my UL and DL, my DL changes, but the UL doesn't.

When I first registered it came with a 2GB UL. It's still at 2 gb.

Can somebody clarify what is going wrong or something I'm doing wrong?
