If your ISP is throttling because of their policies on P2P traffic, there is a way to avoid that. A VPN such as PrivateVPN is a good way to bypass ISP throttling when it's detected to be P2P traffic. This will also keep your internet secure from prying eyes and help to keep you anonymous on the internet in general.

The other thing I thought I'd mention is that I see that not many of the torrents in your profile have many seeders, and virtually no leechers. To help build these torrents up, I will freeleech the ones that I see that are in the most desperate need for 156 hours. This will encourage people to download them, which will help to give you upload traffic if you begin seeding these torrents again. 🙂
