Yes.  The only thing I can think of is maybe I already have downloaded the torrent.

That's a possibility, it could already be in your torrent software.  You might also try downloading the torrent file again and manually adding it to your torrent software.  Maybe the software is not finding the torrent file for some odd reason.  It's also a large file, so make sure that you have room for it on your drive.

On another note and probably not related  but as a newbie I am finding this site really frustrating.  :cry2:

I contribute a bunch of money.  I get the ratio up.  I always leave my torrents running 24hrs a day and now my ration has gone way down.

Really frustrating and find this site very difficult to decipher and use.

The site is a bit complicated but most of the features are useful once you figure everything out.  If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask and plenty of people will try to help.

Your current ratio is not bad at all.  You could buy 10GB of upload credit with 600 of your bonus points, and that would help.

It is complicated, but the most important point to understand is that it is necessary to share as well as take in order to be allowed to continue to download torrents.

Your ratio is a measure of how much data you upload (share with others) compared to how much data you download (take from others).  The more data you download, the higher that ratio must be.  At this point, up until you have downloaded 100 GB of data, you are required to keep your ratio over 0.45.  Your current ratio is just over that.

When you make a financial contribution, you get credit for uploading data to improve your ratio.
