To permanently lower the ration with 0.10. Wow, that's a nice christmas gift indeed and much appreciated. Thank you all very much for this. But then again, do we really need it? For more than a year this site has done a great job; it gave people all over the world the chance to share files and to get to know each other. The only contribution as members was to keep up a share ratio of 0.35. Now, that's definitely not too high. Other sites require an even higher ratio, so 0.35 is definitely not too high or a burden. Maybe this ratio has also contributed to the success of this site as being a fair ratio.
Apart from ratio, am I wrong in saying that we as leechers owe it to the seeders that we should at least seed a full copy of the file that we leeched? That we should always try to bring up the ratio of a file we have leeched to 1.00 before we take it out of roulation? What I am trying to say is that we should all just try to keep our ratios as high as possible, depending on our connection and storage abilities of course.
