I tried re-downloading them twice, and I'm trying to seed some of the most popular torrents including the FreeLeach torrents.  A few have 100+ Seeds and 300+ Peers.  It's only the ones through the Gaytorrent.ru tracker.  All of my other torrents are seeding just fine.  

In addition to that, I can see peers connect to me, but then they immediately drop after.  Totally strange.

I'm able to seed all torrents that don't go through gaytorrent.ru tracker.  I'm trying to increase my ratio, which is decreasing because of the tracker issue.  Please help!
