Don´t forget Ultimate Monster Hunter 3. If I am correct, next year will release Ultimate Monster Hunter 4.
Pokemon X, Super Mario 3D Land, New Super Mario Bros 2, Sonic Lost Worlds.
That is my recommendations.

If you like plataform action games, Sonic Lost Worlds is a good choice. Of course I will recomend Pokemon X/Y or you can wait until november to get Pokemon Alpha Sapphire/Omega Ruby.
Castlevania is also a cool game, but very short. Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is a must-have game. Soon they will release MOnster Hunter 4 Ultimate here. There is also new games that was just released that can make your 3DS a good choice.
