I believe everyone here knows now, what is the Rationator 2.0 about. You can't just take all the time, you should GIVE as well something in return. Fair ratio is 1:1. True. I agree - that's what community is about.
But life is not fair always. I downloaded many times something I did not want, but there were no preview pics, so i just downloaded it, and deleted it afterwards. I could have wait, but you know how "broadband" works. It's not "broad" on both upload and download speeds.
So yes, my ratio went down.
Now, we struggle, having too many people downloading, but not uploading. I always (always) made sure I get AT LEAST 0.5 ratio (with my broadband limitations), well … now I will suffer.
I donated once and the idea occured to me again.
But looking at my bank statement, that would hardly save me, but still.
So here comes an idea. Why won't you - ADMINS and MODERATORS make
