He is cute for sure. But I was mostly talking about guys that show a little skin. 

So I was curious to know what you guys think of the evolution of sexualized male characters in games.

I remember some of the older characters like Regnier from the past but it's seemingly increasingly acceptable as a practice

More and more it seems like studios are shipping out gender equality when it comes to sexualization. The recent Beach Party Tychus is a perfect example of this.

I mean look at his bulge. And even the new Conan Exiles provides you with an "endowment" slider for character creation.

I know I'm loving the shift, since women are sexualized to the point of being close to naked in games regardless of their role. But I'll be honest, I'd be less upset about it if the scale were more balanced.

All the time. I mean Jeff Stryker, despite being incredibly handsome and fit at the time, turned any scene into a chuckle fest. It's just not sexy IMO.
