      My guess is that most people who take their time to contribute with uploads do so with the intention of sharing something for other people to enjoy.
      And yes, it may happen to be a duplicate. Some torrents are uploaded under different titles, and there's a chance you won't find the original upload, even when searching quite thoroughly for it before making an upload yourself.
      If it were to be punished making a mistake, it would probably also deter people from attempting to contribute

      Looks like they are downloading those videos from PornHub or XTube or a similar site and reusing the same title the video had and adding for the description, "Name says it all Enjoy!!!"

      Can't explain why anyone would download something like that, especially with no photos, but the uploader is probably trying to improve their ratio by uploading small videos without putting much effort into it.

      Ratio counts actually downloaded data amounts. If you didn't download the movie, no download was added to your accounts statistics and therefore nothing can or needs to be given back.

      If you speak about the number of .torrent files permitted for 24 hours, not nothing will be given back. There is no way to know if and when you'll use it.
